As an orga- nization committed to improving the representation of women in the truck- ing industry, it is heartening to see Women Driving Change showcasing the significant contributions of women. This publication is vital for the con- tinued expansion and diversity of our industry. WTFC is a network of people dedi- cated to empowering, assisting, and mentoring women within the trucking industry. We’re all pieces of the puzzle,” reflects our inclu- sive support for all individuals work- ing in the industry. 2024 was a year of many chal- lenges and losses within our industry. We are calling for changes in regu- lations, enhanced training for heavy vehicle drivers, increased account- ability across the sector, and stronger enforcement efforts by road transport law enforcement authorities. Every life lost is one life too many. Safety on our roadways starts and ends with us. 2025 will be a year of growth for WTFC. We will be adding lunch and learn webinars, as well as opportu- nities for networking. WTFC has grown in 2024 and we will continue that growth in 2025.
